How to Go Vegan
If you’re interested in a vegan lifestyle, there are a couple of ways to start going vegan. You can go all-in to start, by immediately cutting out the poultry, meat, eggs, and dairy. Or, you could take a more gradual approach, simply by eating more fruits and vegetables than you normally do.
